We're currently recruiting a Project Support Officer to join the team at Clarion Futures and are looking for exceptional people to apply!
You'll manage a team of 4 Project Administrators delivering administrative support to all externally funded jobs and training provision. Liaising with the Operational Managers, you'll provide administrative support to the operational teams to ensure successful delivery of all externally funded provision.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
* To develop an understanding of the funding requirements of externally funded provision and provide guidance to Project Administrators on contractual compliance.
* To ensure advisory staff adhere to contractual requirements of externally funded programmes.
* To support the Employment Support Officers in providing low level Information, Advice and Guidance to customers including In Work Support.
* To work with the officers and external partners to ensure that our customer management database is accurately updated.
* To complete administrative processes to support the Externally Funded Programmes team
The successful candidate will have proven experience in European Social Fund Programmes and will ideally come to us with experience of line management or a willingness to undertake an ILM qualification. A working knowledge of data base/spreadsheets, budgeting and financial returns and sound customer service experience are essential for this role.
