We are seeking a full time permanent member of staff to join a busy manufacturing business based in the heart of Medway to take over all responsibility for the Accounts Payable aspect of the ledgers.
This role will see the successful person join as established accounts team, and be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, petty cash and expenses records.
Daily management of the ledgers, preparing journals, scheduling and prepared payments, resolving purchase order queries, and reconciliation of the monthly statements will form part of a busy and varied role.
Ideal candidates will have experience of working with MS Dynamix or Exapta, and will require full advanced competency with Excel to manipulate data - prepare and analyse spreadsheet work. Knowledge or experience of ERP systems would be useful and a related finance qualification/degree would be preferred.
Any experience within a manufacturing or FMCG sector business would be of interest.
