Have you got recent call centre experience and are available immediately?
If so our client based in Ashford are looking for a team of Service Advisors to support their busy Contact Centre.
This role will involve:
Basic call handling
Call backs from Patients
Escalating clinical concerns to Health Advisors
Updating the in-house data base
General administration for the contact centre.
Dealing with prescriptions, doctors enquiries and patients
Working hours- 9.00am to 5.00pm OR 9.00am to 3.00pm pattern to be confirmed.
Successful applicants should have excellent communication skills, IT skills and experience of working in a customer service or healthcare environment as you will be expected to use IT and communication equipment associated with call handling. You should also demonstrate high levels of personal commitment to facilitate the delivery of a patient focused service.
Full training will be given.
