JOB TITLE: Scheduler
SALARY: £24k - £26k
LOCATION: Ashford
HOURS: Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 5pm
BENEFITS: Free parking, a close knit and supportive team
CO. TYPE: Utilities
The day to day duties in your new job would be:
* Answering the telephone to clients and customers
* Building strong working relationships with clients
* Liaising with Project Managers
* Updating the CRM system and in house databases
* Diary Management
* Putting together packs of documents
* Assisting in invoicing
* Other ad hoc tasks as required
We'd love to speak to candidates with:
* Scheduling and customer service experience
* MS Office
* A confident and persuasive manner
