Our client a leading supplier of fresh produce is seeking a planning analyst near Maidstone on a full time permanent basis
This role is an opportunity to join a team that will be reshaping the way the company models forecasts and plans production and supply.
They are looking for a Planning Analyst to help drive a new bespoke system we have developed in house. They will not only be collecting, cleaning & processing the data, but also getting involved in the maintenance of existing systems, and possibly assisting in building new systems.
The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, methodical approach, and the ability to adapt to quickly changing demands. Technically this will suit someone with strong Excel skills with Power Query a must, and VBA a nice-to-have. The ideal candidate will have fresh produce experience
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Data gathering, entry, and validation
• Data maintenance and updates
• Reporting & producing a set of KPIs for business use
• Testing and fixing of models and systems where appropriate
• Building and maintaining relationships with staff team and stakeholders
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Data entry & validation
• Regular data updates
• Assisting team with building new models and interfaces
• Testing of new models
• Reporting
• Liaising with stakeholders regarding data updates & accuracy
