We are looking for an experienced Repair and Service Technician to join our client in Sittingbourne.
The Repair and Service Technician will be responsible for routine servicing as per PPM schedules and the repairing of our client's devices. All repairs must be conducted to procedural and regulatory standards.
The role requires someone who has experience within electronic and pneumatic component testing, repair and diagnostics either from a production or manufacturing industry.
As the Repair and Service Technician you will be required to:
* Provide backup technical assistance to customers;
* Answer customer email and/or service ticket enquiries;
* Provide feedback to help improve internal documentation and processes;
* Update and/or create technical procedures.
