Due to recent growth within the company and industry, they are seeking an experienced administrator/PA to join their South East Division, working within a small, friendly and tight knit team.
This role will be working closely with a Senior Buyer to provide administrative support and guidance to aide the end-to-end process. You will be required to:
• Process purchase orders and sales orders - ensuring pricing/payment terms.
• Reconcile, create and distribute sales invoices.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and taking corrective action as required.
• Database management - collating, inputting, validating and maintaining resources.
• Working with transportation companies to ensure documentation for movements.
You will have fantastic communication skills, be able to prioritise/work well under pressure and have the ability to work with a very high degree of detail when working to deadlines.
