Our client, based in Tunbridge Wells, are looking for a capable administrator to join their expert property management team. Enjoy working with a friendly and professional team, within a well-established local agency who have a strong reputation in the local market, supporting the Property Manager, Negotiators, Managers and Directors.
Demonstrate your administration skills, strong attention to detail and customer service skills. This is a varied role, with both office and field based work - you won't be stuck behind a desk!
Prepare documentation, correspondence, tenancy material and contracts and process payments and information onto the system. Help with customer contact, inbound, and assist tenancy queries and ad-hoc issues or complaints, escalating high-severity cases to your manager. Provide cover of the office and meet and greet customers in absence of a front-office team member.
Enjoy getting out and about and carrying out property visits, and meeting people on-site. Coordinate suppliers and contractors, sometimes in the event of more urgent issues.
Work as a instrumental team member to achieve and exceed company/team goals.
Deliver exceptional service to customers at all times, whether on the phone or in person and enjoy the opportunity to contribute towards collective team goals and achieve rewards.
You will need:
- Some previous experience/transferable skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good IT skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Full clean driving license/ own car
No office experience required!

***This role will be full-time: working 5 days a week, including occasional Saturdays with a day off in the week in lieu***
