Job Title: Assistant Sales Store Manager

Salary: £19k basic per annum with OTE commission package to £26k

Commission - individually and team

Location: Crawley, Sussex

Exciting opportunity to join this well established company based in Crawley

Our client is looking for an experienced and ambitious Assistant Sales Store Manager to join their team

We are looking for someone who is driven to maximise the sales and profitability of their store and who delivers exceptional customer service. Provides support to their store manager and able to motivate others.

You will be a highly motivated individual who will have a customer facing retail/car sales/gym type background where you have experience in consultative sales with a track record in achieving sales targets.

You will be a good communicator both face to face and over the phone with an approachable personality who enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life and social backgrounds.

* As you will be working in a small team you will pull together to deliver the best customer experiences
* please note you will need to be able to show flexibility based on the needs of the business
* Cover for the Manager in their absence
* Able to Motivate staff

Hours of work - Full time

Working 5 days out of 7 days on a 4 weekly rota

Core hours Monday to Saturday 8am - 4.30pm and 9.30am - 6pm

Sunday 10am - 4pm

Parking on site
