Quality Manager
Forza Industries Ltd is a manufacturer of food supplement and nutritional food products based in Ashford, Kent.
We operate from two sites both of which have BRC AA grade accreditation and operate to NSF GMP and ISO 13485 standards.
We also contract manufacture for many blue-chip global customers.

The Quality Manager role is pivotal in the business and as such we are looking for an experienced and talented individual to join our management team to lead the Quality Team and to help drive us forward.

Main Responsibilities
• Management of the Quality Team
• Management Representative for the Quality Management System
• Host third party customer, accreditation and regulatory audits e.g. BRC, NSF, Halal, FDA
• Contact point on quality matters for all internal staff
• Contact point on quality matters for all suppliers and contractors
• Overall management of company Quality Management System
• Management of company documentation control system.
• Preparation and presentation of Management Review data
• Management of hygiene, GMP and internal audit programmes ensuring appropriate feedback and action.
• Management of the company supplier assurance programme
• Management of the review of all quality records to ensure prompt assessment of stock.
• Liaison with external laboratories
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory data including Product Files and Technical Files
• Carry out quality & technical approval checks on artwork.
• Ensure GMP training of staff

Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate that you have:
• Degree level qualification in relevant science subject
• Experience of managing quality/technical within the food, supplement, pharmaceutical, medical device or cosmetic industries.
• Ideally knowledge and experience of HACCP, BRC Food Safety, Dietary Supplement GMP and ISO 13485
• Strong influencer with excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrable, strong communication skills across all levels internally & externally.
• Organised and capable of prioritising and dealing with change.
