Our client, a top IT support services provider throughout Kent, is seeking a Remote IT Support Engineer to join their busy team.

If you are an enthusiastic IT professional with excellent Customer Service skills, this may be the ideal role for you.

About the role

As the Remote IT Support Engineer you will work alongside a great team, assisting users and troubleshooting issues that they may have via remote support.

This will include a wide range of technical issues from Microsoft Application and Server issues to Disaster recovery solutions.


About you

As this is a remote support role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, along with impeccable phone manner.

You will need to have 1+ years' experience in a similar IT role, preferably within a similar MSP environment. You will also show evidence of previous industry specific training, showing continual professional development.
