Night support workers - Sittingbourne

We are currently looking for dedicated night shift support workers in the Sittingbourne area looking for temporary work, to join us and support individuals who may have learning disabilities, complex care needs, mental illness's and dementia. These will be a variety of night shifts with the option of sleep in shifts or waking night shifts.

Through working with Hays, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the best care providers in the local Sittingbourne area based in residential and supported living services. We are able to offer flexibility in terms of working hours, that suit you. Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time work during the day, we want to hear from you.

As a night support worker you will be assisting vulnerable individuals with personal and practical care, and ensuring that needs are met throughout the night. In order to be successful, you should be passionate about providing a high level of care, dedicated to your role as a support worker and have the ability to offer kindness and compassion.

It would be ideal if you held an NVQ level 2 in Health and Social care or equivalent, however, this is not essential. We do ask that you have recent and relevant experience as a support worker. It is not essential to hold a driving license, however this is preferable.
