Compliance Analyst - to £38,000 + benefits
An opportunity to join a leading global insurance & reinsurance carrier, with a Lloyds syndicate platform.
In this role you will assist the compliance function in the successful delivery of the annual Compliance Plan, help manage regulatory requests and to work closely with the wider team to maintain compliance with Group policy, local procedures and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Working in tandem with the Compliance Manager and Head of Compliance to provide day-to-day support to the compliance function. You will provide support to managers on regulatory matters/requests and support the growth and successful performance of the compliance function.
Skills & Experience Profile:
This role will suit applicants from a compliance background within an insurance or reinsurance business who are seeking an opportunity to develop knowledge, learn new skills and progress their career.
- Degree educated
- Strong analytical & reporting skills
- Well organised and able to manage work flow
- Attention to detail
- Strong communicator who is able to collaborate effectively
