About the role

The position is for a Warehouse Night Shift Supervisor role within Vital Parts Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and developing the night shift team, aiming to delight our customers. This will be the senior member on site during the night shift. This is a hands-on role leading by example as well as ensuring that all team members receive the development and support that they require. You will be a key figure helping to ensure that this fledgling company continues to excel in service delivery during our ambitious growth projections into the future.

The right candidate will be conscientious, take pride in their performance and the development of their team and have high initiative in problem solving. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager you will create the right culture and foundations to scale quickly.

Duties will include

Managing workflow to exceed expected throughput and accuracy
Ensuring customers receive the highest quality of service delivery
Health and safety responsibilities including first aid
Being part of a fast-paced and energetic team
Involvement in process improvement teams
Solving customer queries and problems

What you need
3+ years warehouse experience

Demonstrates enthusiasm and passion about making a difference for customers and improving customer satisfaction
Warehouse experience and skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Shows pride in supporting and developing team members
PC skills
Ability to build successful working relationships
Project management skills
Shows self-motivation and a positive attitude
Strong team player, working effectively in a team based environment

HOURS

Sunday to Thursday nights (22.00 to 07.00)
