IT Business and Transformation Lead
I am working with a company who are looking for a strong Business Change and IT Transformation Lead. You will be responsible for the implementation of a Bank wide transformation programme taking a pivotal role in the successful implementation of the strategic.
You will be responsible for the change and programme management principles, governance, processes, and tools for driving the implementation of the new banking platform, designing the business change strategy, assessing stakeholder impacts, managing the realisation of new business process and organisational readiness.
You will have significant experience in management consulting, project management and change delivery in support of enterprise wide initiatives. As well as a strong track record in retail banking roles, preferably in the UK financial services industry.
A proven ability to deliver large scale, complex change programmes through successful collaboration and valued relationships is essential for success in the role. In addition to experience with strategic transformation and a proven track record of getting the best from people.
You will be an experienced and confident leader. You will be a natural collaborator and will have the ability to develop productive professional relationships and inspire confidence in internal and external stakeholders.
