Are you looking for an exciting new challenge for 2020?



We have an exciting opportunity for an External Programmes Coordinator to join the team at Clarion Futures.



This role is to work on our external programmes team and is expected to deputise for the team Manager as required. The direct line management responsibilities for the role are for our claims and audit processes across the external contracts we currently deliver as well implementing these processes for other contracts as they come on line.



The successful candidate will also need to provide support to our business development and partnership work so would be expected to have some knowledge of funding streams and the housing sectors potential role in the delivery of employment and skills provision.



The external programmes team will also be responsible over the next 3 years for the development and delivery of a service offer of support to those with multiple and complex barriers to sustaining employment under the Active Inclusion strand (1.4) of ESF funding in London. This role will be expected to be able to support that process.



Some of the other main responsibilities include:



* To ensure the audit and compliance function provides quarterly reports that contribute to evidence based approach to continuous improvement across our contracted provision.
* Ensure that the services delivered are appropriate and responsive to current economic trends
* To maintain a strong knowledge of national jobs and training provision.
* Develop expertise on the available funding opportunities and timetable for application.





To be successful in this role you'll need previous experience of developing partnerships in the context of delivering joint projects in the employment and training field. Drawing on your experience in project development and management, you'll already have delivered complex and high target driven projects i.e. ESF & Work Programme. Good negotiation skills, organisational skills and the ability to wok under pressure are also essential for the role.
