We are a firm of accountants who have a new vacancy within our company for a lovely bubbly person to work on our Reception to welcome our clients and to handle general administration work and deal with our telephone enquiries.
The right person must be have a very good telephone manner and be able to deal with the booking in of our paperwork, compose general letters and keep their own records in a very good order.
You need to have good typing skills and must be familiar with Word/Excel/Outlook and also have a good knowledge of English and grammar so that all aspects of work undertaken are of a good standard.
The hours are 09 00 to 17 30 Mondays to Fridays
Salary: Based on minimum wage
Our office is a very busy one and therefore you must be able to work under pressure, especially as it is now approaching the busiest time of the year for us.
