Working within an extremely busy but friendly team within the public sector, we have an urgent requirement for an MS Project Officer on a temporary basis, initially 2/3 days per week to undertake a large project plan in Excel format onto MS Project with all the relevant inter-dependencies detailed.
After the initial 2/3 days of getting this on Excel, our client would then need to utilise your services for a day a week to update the project plan according. It is envisaged this will continue until 1st October at the very least.
The ideal individual would be:
Someone proficient in using MS Project for large scale projects
The ability to convert large Excel spreadsheets to MS Project and link interdependencies across numerous different areas.
Thereafter (a day a week) to update the project plan on MS Project based on updates provided by Word/Excel, co-ordinating different workstreams and interdependencies
The ability to quickly grasp links between different workstreams and subsequent interdependencies.
