Reed Accountancy are currently looking to recruit a bookkeeper for my client based on the outskirts of Chatham. This would be joining our client through a rapid period of growth.
The ideal candidate would need to be able to show experience of working with Sage Line 50 and be able to show competences with the following duties:
The duties:
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Process company payments
• Processing CIS Payments
• Chasing outstanding debt Matching, batching and coding sales ledger invoices
• Matching, batching and coding purchase ledger invoices
• Allocating payments of cheques, bacs and petty cash
• Reconciling customer accounts
