Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge?
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Testing Lead to join the Business Solutions Centre, part of our Group Technology and Change function. Reporting to the Head of Programme & Project, the Test Lead drive the development and execution of the Clarion test strategy associated with current and future components of the Clarion technology stack, which is comprised of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement components combined with Workday for HR & Payroll.
The role will lead a small team of Test Analysts, and will have responsibility for developing a Clarion test strategy for existing and new technology components. The scope of the role includes, but is not limited to the development and maintenance of the Clarion testing toolkit including Azure DevOps, RSAT and UFT and building a Clarion in-house testing capability.
You'll lead the team on the execution of tests as part of new projects and continuous software updates and improvements and the documentation and management of test defects and fixes. The role will be the key liaison between the Group Technology and Change teams and business users to ensure effective management of user acceptance testing. Additionally the role will be responsible for the planning and development of an automated Clarion regression testing suite.
What are we looking for?
We'll require you to have a Demonstrable experience as a Test Lead.
Amongst other skills and experience, you'll also need:
* Extensive knowledge of Microsoft and Workday cloud based and on premise components
* Deep Functional knowledge of Azure DevOps as a System Development Lifecycle collaboration tool
* Knowledge of automated testing and associated tools e.g. RSAT and UFT (formerly QTP)
* Knowledge of the Housing sector, terminology and context
