A growing business in Maidstone require an experienced IT Support professional with some commercial experience to join a small but growing team. The successful IT Support Analyst will enjoy a friendly and collaborative environment with regular social events and the opportunity to progress up the ladder. The IT Support Analyst will possess the following experience:
Strong customer service skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Windows 10 experience
Office 365
A full driving licence
The successful IT Support Analyst will have spent roughly 2 years in an IT environment and will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
Responding to and logging helpdesk enquiries in a timely manner, categorizing and prioritising them in line with team procedures.
Providing Technical support for office-based staff and our site-based users via phone, remote session and desk side.
Assisting with the provision of mobile phones and associated accessories
Completion of PC, laptop and tablet setup and maintenance
