Sales Negotiator Role

Elmers End/Penge/Crystal Palace

Salary: £16,000-£18k,000 - OTE £22,000+
Commission Uncapped

Hours Monday - Friday 9-6
Every other Saturday 9:30-4

1 Day off during the week when working a Saturday

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with the leading agent in this area and will increase your current skills and knowledge extensively.

Responsibilities include:

* Background as a Sales Negotiator
* Arrange appointments to view properties
* Conduct viewings
* Ensure properties are relevant and appropriate for applicant needs
* Meet targets set by line manager
* Identify other potential business opportunities
* Ensure phones and email are responded to appropriately and professionally
* Conduct ad-hoc tasks as and when required
* Maintain office dairy
* To work in accordance with all legal obligations
