Planner/Administrator
A major Distributor based on the outskirts of Maidstone has a position for someone to join their busy planning department on a temp to perm basis
Key Responsibilities
- Updating production KPI’s & staff hours
- Production planning
- Directly liaising with an agency to book daily staff members
- Closing production job bags
Accountabilities
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Manage a fair workload and prioritises tasks, manages time well
Experience
- Competent in the use of computers and software
- Ability to manage a complex portfolio of products and ranges
- Strong customer orientation; along with control of customers specific needs
- Previous planning experience within distribution
Skills
- Proactive; overcome any challenges
- Intelligent, quick thinking, alert, numerate
- High level of communication skill, written and verbal
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel
Hours Monday to Friday 7.15 am to 4.45 pm
Parking Available
5 Minutes’ walk from Main Line Station
