We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our team in the delivery of a high quality supported living service for people with learning disabilities, dementia,

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our excellent care team in in the delivery of a high quality service for the Service users in our care. These include elderly and those with dementia.

We are seeking a Registered Manager who will work in line with the company values of quality, integrity, learning, commitment partnership with management and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

The Registered Manager is expected to support the organisation to exceed the care standards and to provide a safe, effective, caring, responsive service for our service users.

The home has been and remains free of Covid-19.

Registered Managers main duties include:

Provision of competent management, leadership and support to our dedicated and excellent team.

Daily management of care provision for Service users.

Provide and maintain high standards of care, support and assistance to all service users in line with individual support plans.

Implement and undertake audits and risk assessments as required

Working positively with colleagues, service user relatives and external organisations

Ensure a flexible and person-centred approach is maintained at all times in order to provide high quality individualised service

Managing the recruitment and training process

Forming and maintaining shift rota’s

Managing conflict and complaints

Managing any disciplinary and grievance matters

Continuing to implement and maintain appropriate systems to high standards for compliance of all legal, statutory, regulatory and organisational requirements

Developing and growing the business.

Support the regime of regular updating and reporting to the owners.

Permanent Full Time Contract

Involvement in the on-call rota will be required

Registered Manager 2 years experience (Required)

NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or the equivalent qualification

Excellent knowledge of CQC standards & Regulations

Strong background working within a care environment

Proven Management experience with positive outcomes

Ability to self-motivate, work on your own initiative as well as being a team player

Effective communication skills both written and oral

Familiarity with use of a computer for word processing & email and care recording and reporting systems

A passion for providing quality care and support

A flexible approach towards work
