A world-class telecommunications company is looking for a VoIP and Network Engineer. This is a great opportunity to work in a stand-alone capacity looking after their advanced networks and systems. This is a confidential role therefore we are limited to what we can share at this time but if you are an experienced VoIP and Network Engineer with 2+ years' experience with some or all of the following skillset we would like to hear from you -


Networks:
· VoIP and SIP
· LAN IP switching and routing
· BGP routing
· Firewalls

· Load balancers
· VPN
· Authentication protocols
· IPV4 & 6


Systems you will be exposed to:
· Nextone/Genband, Digitalk
· Linux (Debian) and Windows systems generic administration and maintenance
· KVM/Qemu virtualization
· Apache Tomcat administration
· Web servers (nginx, Apache, Microsoft IIS)
· Databases (Maria/Percona/Galera, Microsoft SQLServer)
· Monitoring (Zabbix, SNMP)
· Scripting (Bash shell, perl, php)
· Continuous integration (Ansible, puppet)

You will have previous experience working in a switch centre as well as some experience managing and maintaining general IT systems as and when the need arises. This is key role within the business and as such you must be a flexible team player who welcomes and encourages collaboration with colleagues as well as enjoying challenges to achieve greater results to achieve organisational objectives.
