Allocations Team Administrator job - Sevenoaks, full time, Monday - Friday (6 months approx) £11.67 per hour

Your new role - Provide administrative support for the allocations team.
We're looking for an allocations team administrator to help ensure the process of letting our homes runs smoothly.
You'll assist the allocations officers to manage the process; all the way from placing an advert for each of our properties right through to letting our homes. You will need to have occasional use of a car, be personable and able to juggle a demanding but varied workload. You'll also need to be flexible, as you'll be involved in mutual exchanges and decanting residents often at short notice, when they need to be temporarily housed for any reason.
* Provide an effective administrative support to the team.
* Provide clear and accurate information to internal and external customers, taking into account their individual circumstances, so they receive a genuine and positive experience.
* Continuously improve the service by self monitoring, keeping records and administration up to date.
* Promote equality, value diversity and treat everyone fairly and with respect.
* Any other duties as required for the level of the post.
What you'll need to succeed
The role involves a lot of computer work so you will need to have good IT skills and confident with using different packages, accurate and efficient with data handling Ideally you will have worked in housing, but this is not essential. Transferable skills to manage templates, accurately monitor and record tasks, work on your own with initiative as well as part of the team are more important.
