The majority of academies across LAT hire out fantastic on-site facilities which are used for sports and event hirings of an evening and at weekends. We now have a great opportunity to appoint Lettings Facilitators who will be responsible for opening the site for the hirings/events, meeting and greeting visitors, assisting them with any queries, administration duties, decoration of the building, and locking the premises at the end of the hiring/event. Our successful candidates will cover the hirings booked across the week (including Saturdays and Sundays), therefore, we require candidates to be flexible, reliable and professional. Rest assured that definitive hours will be agreed well in advance and can be discussed during the interview.

Please note: Lettings can be undertaken between Monday - Friday 17:00-23:00, and Saturday - Sunday 08:00-18:00. Lettings outside of term-time can be undertaken on Monday - Sunday 08:00-23:00. LAT academies are located across Central Kent (Maidstone and Tonbridge), SE London (Greenwich and Bexley), Dartford and Medway. We kindly ask candidates to specify their preference of location upon application.

Being a part of Leigh Academies Trust: As of 1st September 2020, our Trust will comprise 28 geographically organised academies (11 secondaries, 15 primaries and 2 special) educating over 16,000 students, and employing over 2,500 talented staff. We also have one further secondary academy in the development phase, due to open in September 2021. The Trust is establishing four ‘clusters’ of academies: North West Kent; Central Kent; South East London; Medway. In addition, the Trust is responsible for one of the region’s biggest initial teaching training providers and a large teaching school. As part of Leigh Academies Trust you will have ample opportunity to collaborate with your peers both within the academy and across the whole Trust. You are supported to undertake regular self-development to continue your professional development and hopefully progress further within the organisation.
