£16,000 - £18,000 DOE
Are you a brilliant communicator? Do you have two years' experience or more in Administration or Customer Service?
Are you looking for a role that you can progress within? Have you just left full time Education and are seeking your first office role?
If this is you, then this Administration role could be perfect for you!

Duties Include:
* Chasing and Processing orders and call offs accurately
* Handling all administration for any discrepancies and invoice queries
* Keeping systems up to date and accurately managing data and customer information
* General Administration support to the Customer Service department
* Working in a busy environment, prioritising a varied workload
* Composing well written email responses
* Methodically following processes in order to resolve queries
To be successful you will have/be:
* Solid office-based Customer Service/ Administration experience preferred, not required
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident working with numbers
* Exceptional organisational skills
* A genuine passion for Administration and Customer Service
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
* To be a quick learner with a positive "can do" attitude
