Adult Supported Living Support Worker

We are currently looking for dedicated support workers in the Kent South Coast area looking for temporary / flexible work, to support individuals who may have learning disabilities, Mental health issues who are living within a support environment.



Your new role
As a support worker you will be assisting vulnerable individuals with personal and practical care, medications, daily activities, trips out, socialising, accessing the community, and leading a more fulfilled and independent life. In order to be successful, you should be passionate about providing a high level of care, dedicated to your role as a support worker and have the ability to offer kindness, positivity and compassion.



What you'll need to succeed
It would be ideal if you held an NVQ level 2 in Health and Social care or equivalent, however, this is not essential. We do ask that you have recent and relevant experience as a support worker. It is not essential to hold a driving license; however this is preferable.
