HR GO Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Trade Counter Assistant for one of their long standing clients in Ashford.
Reporting into the Trade Counter Manager you will be responsible for providing a memorable service to new and existing customers.
You will be required to;
* Build and develop relationships with customers, suppliers and employees.
* Prepare displays for promotional events.
* Pick goods as an when required.
* Process orders on the computer system - must be computer literate
* Fulfill daily tasks set by the Counter Manager.
* Maintain a good level of product knowledge.
Ideally you will;
* Have knowledge of the Construction Market
* Have experience of working within a similar role/industry.
* Have experience within a customer service environment.
* Have strong communication skills.
* Have a 'can do' attitude.
* Be able to prioritise your workload.
* Be able to work as part of a team as well as using your own initiative.
* Have a degree of flexibility and be able to work additional hours if required.
