SENIOR CARER SUPPORT WORKERS EAST KENT
Urgent Care Team
£19,240 per annum full time 37 hours (£10.00 per hour) plus 40p per mile mileage allowance.
Full time, part time and weekend opportunities available.
We are looking for special people who want to make a real difference to the lives of unpaid Carers and the people they care for. As part of our experienced key working Urgent Care Team you must be confident and capable of working alone, happy to work nights and able to deal with challenges. You will work as part of a rota to support a family Carer, the person they care for, or both, depending on their situation. Caring and compassionate with an ability and willingness to provide good quality replacement care, including all aspects of personal care is essential. Full training is provided as is 24-hour backup support.
Ideally you will have a Health & Social Care NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, but Level 3 Diploma training can be provided. Please note that own car and telephone are essential.
