2nd Line Service Desk Specialist - Tonbridge - £28,000 - £30,000
Our client based in Tonbridge is seeking a 2nd Line Service Desk Specialist to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
As a 2nd Line Service Desk Specialist, you will -
* Deliver high-quality IT services to our growing customer base
* Be working as part of a dedicated team handling ticket escalations and troubleshooting
* Work through help-desk tickets
* Configuring / troubleshooting servers (virtual and physical), supporting workstations and identifying/resolving network connectivity issues
The successful applicant for this role will have -
* Experience with Office 365 Administration, including Powershell
* Workstation (Windows and Mac) and server support
* Networking troubleshooting (VPN, DNS, RRAS, RDP, DHCP)
* Exemplary levels of customer service, adaptable communication skills and a personable nature
* A willingness to learn, excellent time management and a history of being a proven self-starter
