We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive receptionist to help manage the front desk of our busy and expanding accountancy practice in Charing, Kent. The role can be flexible to suit you.
You will play a vital role in the administration and organisation of the firm, with the following job roles;
• Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Answering phones in a professional manner.
• Communicate with clients, management and colleagues.
• Receive, sort and distribute mail.
• Organisation and maintenance of client records.
• Filing post and correspondence received into the office, as well as filing of client records.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Must be computer literate with Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel.
• Possesses strong customer-service skills.
• Strong communication, organisational and time management skills.
• Efficient and professional approach with the ability to multi-task within a busy environment.
• Able to work as an individual and as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
