Mac Specialist - Mac Support - 3rd Line Support - Managed Services Provider (MSP) - London. Candidates can be based in London or can work remotely! Candidates must have experience working for a Managed Services Provider!



A Mac Specialist is urgently required by an award-winning Managed Services Provider to provide specialist Mac support for professional services and financial clients.

The Mac Specialist will be responsible for;



* Troubleshooting complex Mac issues
* Prioritising and managing open cases at any one time
* Making recommendations to the business on how to improve processes
* Handling escalated service requests



The Mac Specialist will have;



* Strong experience troubleshooting Mac issues
* Experience working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP) - Essential!
* Experience dealing with 2nd/3rd Line Support issues
* Office365 experience
* Exposure/experience to networking
* Experience with Catalina - Highly desirable
