My Client, a market leader in their Industry, and a company that invests in their employees, is now looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to provide specialist engineering support to the Manufacturing process. You will work with the Engineering Manager and the Production Manager and his team to ensure equipment availability at all times.



The Role: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Co-ordinate breakdown repairs to maximise machine availability and services in all areas

Apply a programme of continuous improvement ( eg 6S) in all activities and all areas of the business

Utilise Problem solving and diagnostic skills for breakdowns

To be involved in the management of Projects

To be involved with the training and development of apprentices

Ensure adherence to H&S policies and procedures at all times



Skills / Experience / Qualifications: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Qualified to HND level in Electrical Engineering

Good Mechanical skills (multi skilled)

Use of company computer systems (IFS) for logging data with regards to spares, breakdowns, planned work.

Knowledge of areas below:

* Electrical
* Fabrication
* Welding
* Machining
* Lubrication
* Filtration

Problem solving and diagnostic skills for breakdowns and planned work in all areas

Experience of Hydraulics and Pneumatics

Continuous Improvements

12 hour rotating shift pattern - NO WEEKENDS
