We are seeking an individual to join our company in the role of Goods Processor and occasional delivery driver.
We need an individual to assist us receiving and shipping both new product as well as returning product from customers, with the ability to drive a van for our local collection round.
The role is 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Earlier starting from 8:30am is available
The role involves
- Unboxing customers equipment and checking/reporting damage
- Booking customers equipment into our software including any accessories
- Re-packing equipment and ensuring that it is packed safely and suitably
- Processing and packing new orders
- Driving a van in the local area (maximum 100 mile radius)
The ideal candidate is
- Capable of time management
- Able to work in a small team
- Able to pay attention to small details
- Perform consistently across multiple tasks
- Able to communicate with customers via phone and email
