We are currently recruiting for our client based in Kings Hill for 1st or 2nd Line Service Desk Support
Your duties will be
* Server Troubleshooting via logs,
* Office 365 experience
* 1st & 2nd line service desk support especially for basic troubleshooting, identify frozen session hosts, user troubleshooting
Previous experience dealing with 1st or 2nd Line support
This position will be a temporary to permanent role for the right candidate
