1st Line Support Engineer

The Company
A growing managed service provider is looking to bring in a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their team. They are a growing company, who focus their work on SME and large enterprise customers across the South East. Working with multiple technologies, they align they focus on supporting Infrastructure and cloud products.
The Role
The 1st Line Engineer will be a key part of the team support and build teams. As a 1st Line Engineer, you will have a good understanding of supporting customers directly and have an eagerness to learn. You will report directly to the Service Desk Manager, and have multiple opportunities to grow and develop your skills.
The Person
* Strong methodical approach in troubleshooting tickets
* Must have strong experience in Windows 7, 8 & 10
* Experience administering Active Directory
* Experience working with Exchange
* Have a good understanding of Windows Server and Office 365
* Have customer liaising experience
* Must be able to liaise with both technical and non-technical customers.
