A high calibre Telemarketing / B2B Account Manager is required for the Hythe HQ of a successful international Management Consultancy.

This will be a data-heavy role, which will primarily consist of identifying new customers and contacts and building relationships with them and existing customers, qualifying leads and maintaining our ZoHo CRM database.

PRIMARY RESPONSABILITIES

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our accounts/clients via telephone and email.

You will be responsible for the quality and consistency of data used to drive Millennium sales and marketing efforts. Checking the accuracy of existing contact records on Zoho and where necessary amending data within the system.
Qualifying and updating leads and forecasts.

ESSENTIAL EXPEREINCE

A good knowledge of Finance business processes and Finance or ERP systems.

Excellent IT skills are essential.

Zoho or other CRM system management experience.

Ability to work with large datasets and summarise findings in a clear format.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

PREFERRED EXPEREINCE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL

Knowledge of Unit4 Coda Financials, Unit4 Dream, or Infor SunSystems finance packages.

Experience working on a Finance Transformation Project or Project Management Skills.
