Process/Business Analyst (FMCG Sector)

Based in a scenic area of Maidstone an established business of over 40 years are seeking a professional to join their team.

Role responsibilities
*Monitoring the systems and processes that are in place for the planning activities
*Highlighting risks and opportunities to the business for new ways of working, cost savings and efficiency adjustments.
*Working with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement flexible solutions to aid business efficiency, drive process improvements and support continuous improvement
*Produce operational information, reports and metrics to share with other departments within the business as and when required
*Maintaining accurate and relevant master static data for reporting, metrics and analytical datasets
*Research external software, systems and controls which would benefit the business.
*Work in collaboration with IT and other external parties to develop systems and software to improve efficiency and/or accuracy
*Establish/create reports to enable tracking the performance

Requirements
*Prior experience working in an FMCG business would be preferred
*Have good knowledge of analytical tools
*Knowledge of business/continuous improvement methodologies
*Knowledge of forecasting and planning systems is essential
*Must have excellent communication skills both oral and written
*Relationship building skills, as well as having the ability to influence decisions
*Ability to work alone and unaided as well as part of a team
*Due to location a driver would be required
