Key duties of this role will involve-
- Delivering front line service for existing customers providing high quality advice
- Giving a high level of after sales support and care to customers
- Identifying requirements and distributing parts to customers, meeting deadlines and maintaining documentation
- Picking, packing and sending parts out to customers

The perfect candidate will be-
- Client driven and focused with an energy to provide effective on-going care
- Highly organised with core administrative skills
- No previous experience in the manufacturing/motor industries is required although is an added benefit
