Are you looking for full time permanent work? We are now recruiting for a Machine Operative / Technician to work for growing business and develop a range of skills that will lead the successful candidate into a role as a Master Technician.



The successful candidate will be given a detailed training plan that will offer a clear path of progression including an increase in salary.

Learning to operate manufacturing machinery that includes manual handling and heavy lifting.

Working in a small team environment to hit daily/weekly KPI targets.

Ensuring that the product you produce meets our high-quality standards.

Ensuring you keep you working environment clean and tidy.

Adhering to company health and safety procedures.





Candidates must be hard working, reliable and willing to learn a range of new skills. This will be a standing position and you will be expected to be fit enough to lift up to 20 kilograms at any one time. Training may be given to operate a forktruck.

Key Skills:

GCSE in Maths preferable.

Hours of work are 44 hours per week consisting of a shift rota of earlies and lates. You must be able to rotate between the shifts each week.
