Digital Marketing Executive (Zoho)

This is a brand new opportunity for an experienced Marketing candidate. The objective of the role will be to support the company with their growth plans, from an Ecommerce Marketing prospective, so you should have experience within Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Marketing Campaigns, along with working with CRM system Zoho.



The role will involve;

* Management of CRM system Zoho
* Working closely with the team to implement the new CRM system
* Build and generate reports and dashboards on CRM to analyse sales figures, KPIs, sales reporting
* Product analysis - customer order analysis, price, margins, forecast and planning
* Creation of email designs and templates with the use of mail chimp
* Designing, implementing and monitoring of email campaigns to promote products and generate sales
* Management of social media channels including creating, publishing and scheduling of social media posts to promote to the company
* Writing and posting of regular blogs on to the company website
* Designing content for the website including new product releases, promotions and company updates
* Ecommerce marketing
* Liaising with external marketing and creative agencies
