Service Delivery Engineer – Co-Ordinator
Sittingbourne
Salary up to £26,000
Barker Munro Recruitment are delighted to be working with this market leading IT solutions provider who are currently looking to fill the role of Service Delivery Engineer within their office in Sittingbourne.
Responsibilities of the Service Delivery Engineer:
• Provide a mixture of service desk / remote support to the large customer base
• Monitor the day to day tickets to ensure they are processed by the most appropriate colleague
• Work closely with other service engineers and the Infrastructure and Service Delivery Teams
• Work with small, medium and large enterprises across diverse market sectors
Requirements of the Service Delivery Engineer:
• Good triage and 1st line service desk support skills
• Previous experience of working in a busy service desk role
• Good knowledge of Office 365
• Skills in the support and installation of a variety of IT solutions
• Any knowledge of the following would be highly desirable: Support of hardware, printers, desktops and servers, Active Directory, Firewalls and routers, Email, antivirus and backup software and Networking knowledge
