Software Support Analyst - Application Support - SQL - Financial Services - Chatham. Break into financial services! A leading financial services company are urgently seeking a Software Support Analyst for their rapidly expanding office in Chatham. You will be responsible for providing support on complex financial system as well as resolving technical issues for internal users.
The Software Support Analyst will be responsible for;
* Resolving technical support queries for business users on complex applications
* Playing an integral part in the support of critical and non-critical system production issues
* Understanding, identifying and delivering business BAU change needs
* Communicating technical concepts to key stakeholders
* Documenting processes and producing user guides
The Software Support Analyst will have;
* Proven Application Support experience
* SQL experience - Highly desirable
* ITIL experience or certification - Highly desirable
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Software Support Analyst to work for a leading financial services company based in Chatham. You will take on a lot of autonomy and responsibility in this position and the Software Support Analyst will be integral to the business as they continue to grow.
