Are you experienced within manufacturing? Our well established client in East Kent are looking to recruit four permanent Production Assistants to join their team.
This role will involve a shift pattern of 4 days on 4 off and shifts will be either 06.00-18.00 or 18.00-06.00 and some shifts will include bank holidays and weekends.
Ideal applicants will have a Counterbalance FLT license and there is a real opportunity for progression and promotion within the company.
Main duties
1 Perform production duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping and labelling operations
2 Move product and inventory using a forklift truck
3 Report defective materials or quality issues to the shift supervisor
4 Execute and document packing cards
5 Maintain the work area and keep all equipment clean and tidy and follow all set safety procedures
