Business Change Manager – Part time (equivalent to 4 days per week)

Barker Munro Recruitment are delighted to be working with this organisation in Maidstone who are currently looking to fill the role of Business Change Manager in their office in Maidstone. You will work with the solution supplier to develop benefit measures and outcomes during year one of the contract for delivery from year two.

Responsibilities of the Business Change Manager:

• Working in collaboration with the Supplier's Benefit Analyst, optimising the timing of the release of project deliverables into business operation
• Work with the Supplier's Business Analyst, identifying, defining and tracking the benefits and outcomes required for the project
• Working to prepare core stakeholder organisations for the transition to new ways of working
• Oversee the work of the Business Analyst to ensure that the transition is effective and delivered in a timely fashion
• Support the annual development programme process to ensure future development maximise the opportunities to deliver further benefits

Requirements of the Business Change Manager:

• Significant experience as a Business Change Manager
• Experience of managing complex change environments
• Experience in a customer focused setting in delivering business transformation
• Experience of working with solution providers in identifying and implementing benefits realisation
• Ability to take a methodical and analytical approach
• Excellent report writing skills
• Thorough understanding of NHS data systems and shared care records
• Excellent knowledge of Business Change methodologies and processes
• In-depth knowledge of benefits realisation planning and monitoring
