The University of Kent Academies Trust is seeking to appoint a confident, motivated and committed individual to the role of Admissions, Marketing, Social Media and Events Manager. This role is full time, term time plus staff development days and is being offered on a permanent basis.

This is an extremely important role, initially based at Chatham Grammar, which will see the postholder raising the profile of Chatham Grammar locally ensuring that the academy work is positively reflected through its marketing and social media platforms. As the successful postholder, you will be the main conduit for student admissions, liaising with families and the local authority, and ensuring that UKAT meets its legal obligations within clear timeframes. You will be the key coordinator of the annual marketing event – the CG Open Evening and Morning and of the Transitions events for admissions and will proactively look for ways of enhancing the UKAT brand through positive and effective communications with our stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will be organised, confident and able to demonstrate a personable persona that is welcoming and represents a caring and open academy for prospective students and their families. You must have demonstrable experience in a busy administrative role, and whilst training will be available, you will already possess an understanding of the school admissions process and of effective marketing or brand development.
