Our client a leading business within their sector are currently seeking a new Technical Support Agent to join their team in Chatham, Kent.
As part of the Technical Support / 1st Line IT Team, you will be responsible for providing first class technical support and service to your client base. This will include providing support and advice to clients for all queries and ensure the highest levels of customer service are adhered too. To be considered for this role you must have:
