Temporary Quality Controller - Night Shifts

An exciting new position has become available on a temporary basis as Quality controllerin a large FMCG organisation based in Medway.

Duties include;

* To ensure products leave site according to the specification provided
* Maintaining process quality control and best practices in align with risk management
* To ensure the date codes and product labelling is correct and relay this back to the administration team.
* Identifying risks in line with business activities and recommending best practices
* Maintain the specified level of retained samples on the production line
* Help and assist in the training of others
* To carry out regular line checks to ensure finished product is in line with specification
* To ensure the safety of oneself and others at all times

The successful candidate will be / have;

* Experience of QC in a FMCG, Food or Pharma background
* Knowledge of HACCP principles
* Experience within a manufacturing environment
* The flexibility to cover different shifts
* Ability to work on their own as well as part of a team.
* Experience in communicating with regulatory bodies and hosting compliance inspections
